Hardwood floor, rec room, and bathroom Remodel

This project was a delight to work on. Raising the living room floor to the same elevation as the rest of the first floor to eliminate a trip hazard was critical in upgrading the safety of this home. Matching the color and size of the existing hardwood floor took a team effort. Complementing the upgrade to this home was the addition of 720 sq. ft. of rec-room space, complete with a wet bar. The space was designed to be a focal point for family and friends to talk, laugh, and enjoy themselves.
