Mudroom, Siding, and Windows Remodel

Improving this rural home's functionality and natural light was key for this family. The addition of a Mudroom complete with washer/dryer hook-up and additional freezer and closet space added to the improved functionality. A highlight of this project was the ability of adding a half-bath so that family enjoying the outdoors and poo didn't need to walk through the entire house to use the bathroom. We resided the whole house, wrapping it in a moisture barrier, adding additional windows, and sealing them to improve energy efficiency.
